Rochdale Family Support and Protection Service need enthusiastic and committed Advanced Practitioners to come with us on a really exciting journey to support our transition into a new way of working.Advanced Practitioners are vital in our service and support our Social Workers and the Team Managers in the operational management of the team. Advanced Practitioners support us with the performance and quality of the service and this is a great opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families with a reduced caseload. Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model. To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure. This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment. Our agency workers are seen as an important resource for us and as such are given the same level of support and opportunities as our permanent staff.* We are looking for an agency worker who has significant experience in child protection work and completing care proceedings * Significant experience to good compliance, recording and timely completion of work.* Significant experience in support ASYE's in the work place.
2 years reference , gaps in employment history checked, any relevant quals as per JDPS
