Lunchtime Workouts
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Toni, Every Tuesday at 12.30 pm
Work up a sweat with personal trainer Toni’s HIIT class, where you’ll alternate short bursts of exercise with low-intensity recovery periods – keeping your heart rate up and burning more fat. Toni is passionate about helping others to be healthy on the inside and out, and will help you improve your fitness, gain confidence and strengthen your mental health.

Want to burn maximum calories in minimal time? Then try personal trainer Lee’s energising HIIT class. With over 10 years’ experience, Lee has a natural ability to motivate people to reach their fitness goals and feel the rewards of exercising. Prepare to be put through your paces and improve your overall fitness with this action-packed, full body workout.

As a Caritas employee, we want you to feel supported at all times, but understand that there are some things you might not want to talk to your manager or colleagues about.
