Caritas Futures is proud to partner with a renowned charity to recruit dedicated Men's and Women's Outreach Workers based in London.

About the Role: You will provide high-quality support to male and female victims and survivors of domestic abuse living in the community. You will be responsible for facilitating access to a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package for survivors of domestic violence and abuse (DVA). You will work in partnership with local and national services to achieve the best outcomes for men and women.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to men and women in families affected by domestic violence.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments.
  • Engage in multi-agency work to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
  • Experience Required:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people.
  • Experience working with high-risk clients.
  • Proficiency in risk and needs assessment.
  • Experience in multi-agency collaboration.
  • Background in supporting victims affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health issues, homelessness, or ex-offenders.
  • Essential Requirements:

  • A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to undergo one.
