Malvern Area Social Work Team - is based at Malvern Link. This is very established and experienced team working a large patch with a range of service user group. The team is supported by 3 Advanced Social Work Practitioners and Team Manager. We work under a strength based model to create personalised care plans which promote the independence, choice and well being of the individual. We are seeking 1 experienced social worker who have experience in adult social care. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessments, reviews, capacity assessments and safeguarding.
