Social Work/Family Court Advisor (FCA) vacancies with Cafcass Manchester.
Caritas work with Cafcass to support with their recruitment. We currently have locum FCA roles available with Cafcass Manchester.

As you would expect there are a few key things Cafcass need from you:
- You need to be a Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years' experience
- You need to be an expert in safeguarding
- You need to have Section 7 (Private Law) knowledge; experience is desirable but not essential
Cafcass' work is demanding so for you to succeed and truly make a difference you should be someone who;
- Is resilient and organised and can work proportionately
- Has strong intuitive IT skills
- Is an effective verbal and written communicator
