We're looking for an EHCP Coordinator to join our Integrated Children's Disability Service (ICDS) Assessment Team! In this role, you'll be the lead officer for complex SEND cases, ensuring children and young people receive the education, health, and care support they need to thrive.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
βœ… Manage and coordinate statutory EHCP and Short Break assessments for children and young people (0-25 years)
βœ… Draft and oversee Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to support positive learning and developmental outcomes
βœ… Lead the annual review process and ensure appropriate placements, resources, and support
βœ… Work closely with families, schools, healthcare providers, and social care teams to deliver holistic, person-centred support
βœ… Ensure compliance with key legislation, including the Children & Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015

πŸ”Ή Experience: At least 3 years in SEN, disability services, education, health, or social care
πŸ”Ή Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEND regulations, education pathways, and multi-agency collaboration
πŸ”Ή Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities
πŸ”Ή Qualifications: Level 5 or above in Children's Services or Adult Social Care, with a willingness to work towards a SEND-specific qualification
