Looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our organisation to support with the oversight and management of our supported accommodation services. This is a multifaceted role, supporting the Registered Service Manager with upholding quality and compliance across all of our homes.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting the Registered Service Manager, leading a the service delivery team to effectively deliver services to young people.Ideal candidates should have experience working with young people and in leadership or managerial roles, demonstrating skills in the following areas:Experience in social care, housing, or residential care settings, specifically with children, young people, or vulnerable individualsManagement and supervisory experienceProven ability to facilitate, organise, and develop teams or projectsStrong organisational and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA passion for improving the lives of young people, particularly in challenging situationsIn-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practices related to children in care and care leaversExperience and understanding of statutory meetings and reviews for children in care, including health and educationFamiliarity with the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and associated Quality Standards
