Senior Social Worker | SGO, Fostering, Children in Care | Shropshire Council

You will work as part of the SGO project to progress children's plans of permanence to Special Guardianship Orders in the coming months.

As a project Social Worker you will be required to work with Foster Carers / Connected Person Foster Carers to complete the SGO assessments.

You will be required to ensure compliance with regulations and the views of all parties are sought. Assessments will be progressed timely inline with the remits of the project.

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
