Temp Practice Improvement Lead - Quality & Assurance Team

Job mandatory request:

Minimum 5 years' experience working with in Statutory Social WorkClear DBS (preferably on DBS update service)3-month contractImmediate start and permanently on island - no remote working Significant experience working with children , young people, and families subject to child in need and protection plans and in public and private care proceedings Significant experience in quality assurance activities, closing the loop activitiesSignificant experience of improvement work Experience of designing and delivering workshops, coaching, and mentoring of staffAbility to be flexible in meeting learning needs of staffAbility to quickly build relationships based on our practice model of restorative, trauma informed and child's rights work

What we provide as a service: Travel - We only cover for the flight or ferry (foot passenger) to the island + return. We do not cover any mileage.
