This is a role in the Adults Intermediate Care Team, assessing people who have been discharged from the acute hospital with short term service. It is a a fast paced, responsive service that that requires in depth knowledge of legislation and frameworks including the CHC framework. The Assistant Team Manager will work alongside the permanent ATMs supporting the Team Manager and providing day to day operational management to the team, including attending MDTs, providing monthly supervisions and informal supervision as needed to staff including locums and ensuring legislation and policy is adhered to and expected time frames are met.
Required to be on site minimum of 2-3 days per weekRequired to be flexible in work base as The Adults Intermediate Care Team currently supports staff based out of Queen Alexandra Hospital, St Marys Hospital and in the community.
