We require two experienced social workers to support care experienced young people (CEYP), this role will required case holding which includes writing pathway plans, visiting them at home and providing support alongside the Local Offer to CEYP. There will be an expectation, as qualified social workers the role will involve holding complex cases that require additional support. This role also requires 2-3 days per week in the office at BCP Civic / on duty at 333 CL Hub, there is a degree of flexibility depending on service needs.
