About the Role:
As a Sexual Exploitation Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals at risk of or experiencing sexual exploitation. Your work will focus on safety, recovery, and empowerment, using a trauma-informed and client-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored one-to-one support to individuals affected by sexual exploitation

Conduct risk assessments and develop safety and support plans

Work closely with safeguarding teams, social care, police, and partner agencies

Signpost to specialist services including housing, health, and legal support

Advocate for clients to ensure their voices are heard and needs are met

What We're Looking For:

Recent Enhanced DBS (within 12 months)
