Caritas Celebrates "Great Places to Work" Recognition in 2025
We are delighted to announce that we have earned the prestigious Great Places to Work certification, across our offices in the UK and South Africa. The health and wellbeing of our employees is fundamental to our values, so it’s great to learn that 97% of our people feel as though this is a physically safe place to work – well above the industry average.
Employee feedback was a huge contributor to the certification and measured metrics including diversity, inclusion, transparency and development. Notably, a factor in being credited with the award is also the outstanding workplace programs and policies that are made available to all employees.
“Everyone knows that Caritas is a great company to work for…”, said Debbie Smith, CEO at Caritas. “… but to be recognised via an anonymous workplace survey, makes me immensely proud for everyone who has worked hard to foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment. We really have started 2025 as we mean to go on!”
We’re well known prioritising the health and wellbeing of our candidates with our programme of initiatives, so to be recognised as such for our internal employees is incredible and reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive and transparent environment for our staff.
