The Caritas Career Passport app gives candidates greater control, clarity, and support throughout the recruitment process.

At Caritas we’ve addressed potential pain points within the candidate experience; developing a single app for all candidates to manage personal data, job applications, bookings, and payments.

Through the Career Passport app candidates can view and apply for jobs and opt in to receive push notifications for new jobs as they hit the market. The app offers easy access to recruiters through call back requests and live chat, and provides peace of mind over bookings and timesheets by allowing candidates to easily view their schedule and track the progress of their payments.

With GDPR raising greater awareness of data protection a primary objective of Career Passport was to deliver transparency and keep personal data in the hands of candidates. Candidates can use the app to view and edit the data recruiters hold and manage communication preferences.
